30-Day Returns
Not happy with your order? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Custom Printed Shirts
Shirts with custom name & number printing can only be returned if the product is faulty or the printing error was made by us. Please double-check your personalisation before ordering.

How to Return
Email us at support@jrjerseys.com with your order number and reason for return.
You'll receive a return confirmation and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Ship the item back to us. You arrange and pay for the return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service, because the parcel stays your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

Faulty or Wrong Items
Received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item? Email support@jrjerseys.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Need a different size? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. This guarantees your size won't sell out while we process the exchange.
