Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders with custom name & number printing may require an additional day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (e.g. new kit launches or holidays).

Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we'll sort it out.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at support@jrjerseys.com — we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
